- Angel Advance is operating a ‘Refer a Friend or Family Member’ promotion for existing Angel Advance customers only.
- In the promotion, current customers can refer another person (a ‘referee’) to Angel Advance for debt advice services by using their personal promo code or referral link provided by Angel Advance. If the terms of the promotion are met, both the current customer and the referee will each receive £100 as a direct BACS transfer (the ‘award’).
- Angel Advance provides professional debt counselling and support services. Each referee will be given a personal assessment to determine the best debt advice for their situation. If this advice results in the referee choosing any solution other than a Debt Management Plan, the Refer a Friend promotion does not apply and the £100 award is not payable to either customer.
- Eligibility criteria apply for a DMP, and your referral will only enter a plan if it is a suitable option.
- If the referee chooses to enter into a Debt Management Plan with Angel Advance, the £100 award becomes payable under the promotion once the referee has made two or more full months’ payment.
- The £100 award will be paid by BACS transfer directly into the bank account linked to each individual’s Debt Management Plan. This bank account must be in the UK, held in the name of the customer and capable of receiving direct deposits.
- Once the second monthly payment has been made, Angel Advance will contact each customer within 45 days to arrange payment of the award. If Angel Advance is unable to contact the customer and/or referee within a further 30 days, the offer of the £100 payment will expire, and the customer’s payment will be forfeited.
- For data protection reasons, any potential referrals must be from the referee. We cannot accept requests from customers to call, email or otherwise contact potential referees. Potential referees must contact Angel Advance directly.
- If a referee has contacted Angel Advance without using the promo code or referral link, we cannot track the referral and the Refer a Friend or Family Member promotion will not apply. No award will be payable.
- However, if a referee provides the name and reference number of the customer who referred them within the 30 days of entering into a Debt Management Plan, the promotion can be applied and the award will become payable to each customer after the first two full months’ payments are made by the referee to their plan.
- There is no cash or other alternative to the £100 direct BACS transfer.
- Angel Advance reserves the right to conduct additional checks and vetting on any and all promotional award payments, in particular to ensure our adherence to anti-money laundering and financial crime regulations. At Angel Advance’s sole discretion, payment may be refused in line with these checks and regulations.
- Any person receiving the Refer a Friend or Family Member award payments is responsible for determining whether this impacts their tax threshold or benefit eligibility, and taking action accordingly. Angel Advance accepts no liability for any impact that the award payments may have on the customer’s tax, benefits or other arrangements.
- Angel Advance reserves the right to amend, suspend or end this promotion at any time. This will not affect any referrals which are already in process when the promotion ends.
